Position Overview
- Title: Operations Executive/Centre Manager
- Location: Valley Region (Jammu & Kashmir)
- Experience: Candidates with experience in hospital or diagnostic center operations are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: The Operations Executive/Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of our diagnostic centers. This includes managing staff, ensuring adherence to operational protocols, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Supervising a team of healthcare professionals and support staff, the Operations Executive/Centre Manager will ensure that all team members are welltrained and performing their duties effectively. This includes conducting regular training sessions and performance evaluations.
- Quality Assurance: Maintaining the highest standards of quality in diagnostic services is paramount. The Operations Executive/Centre Manager will implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure that all diagnostic tests and procedures are conducted accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service is a key aspect of this role. The Operations Executive/Centre Manager will address patient concerns, ensure a smooth patient experience, and uphold the reputation of Atulaya Healthcare Diagnostics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Candidates with previous experience in hospital or diagnostic center operations are highly preferred. This experience is essential for understanding the unique challenges and requirements of managing a healthcare facility.
- Education: A degree in healthcare management, hospital administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential. The candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
