Designation : Guest Relation Executive
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Location: Gurgaon
- Experience: 1-5 years in to Healthcare Billing
- Work Timings: 9 A.M. – 6 P.M. (Thursday weekly off)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create bills for patients , collect fees and close accounts on daily basis
- Ensures Financial Clearance of patient before discharge, Cash Handling & deposits.
- Ensure that all financial transactions have been properly settled and closed on the subsequent day.
- Do appointment booking and follow-ups for OPD patients.
- Manage patient queue/appointment(play GRE role).
- Manage the department operationally-coordination with doctors and patients.
