The funding from British International Investment (BII) will enable DCDC to expand its network of clinics significantly.

Additionally, the expansion is expected to generate approximately 1,000 direct employment opportunities, according to the company’s statement.

“With this funding, we aim to further expand our presence in South India, especially in Karnataka and Telangana,” stated Aseem Garg, Founder and CEO of DCDC.

Currently, DCDC operates more than 190 clinics nationwide, which include Public-Private Partnership (PPP) centers as well as standalone clinics in collaboration with private hospitals.

Investment Details

The ₹82 crore investment from BII is intended to fund the capital expenditure and expansion of dialysis machines for both Public-Private Partnership (PPP) centers and standalone facilities accredited to public insurance schemes.

This financial support will enable DCDC to establish additional dialysis centers, thereby extending life-saving treatments to low-income individuals in remote towns.

By expanding the availability of high-quality dialysis services, DCDC aims to enhance the quality of life for patients suffering from end-stage renal disease (ESRD).
