The National Conference on Nursing Excellence and Leadership witnessed enriching and interactive sessions led by seven distinguished speakers from various prestigious institutions across India. Each speaker shared valuable insights on significant themes shaping the future of nursing in India.
- Dr. Vincy Ashok Tribhuvan, Group Vice President – Nursing Administration, CARE Group of Hospitals, Hyderabad, delivered an inspiring session on “Career Pathways in Nursing: From Staff Nurse to Strategic Leader”, complemented by a motivational video. Her session was chaired by Col. Jeena NG, Principal, College of Nursing, Command Hospital, Central Command, Lucknow.


- Dr. Dipti Shukla, Principal of Samarpan Institute of Nursing & Paramedical Sciences, Lucknow and Vice President, TNAI UP Chapter, spoke on “Research Leadership in Nursing: Bridging the Gap between Academia and Practice”. She was accompanied by session chair Dr. Shwetha Rani, Professor and Vice Principal, College of Nursing, Government Medical College, Prayagraj.

- Dr. Rashmi P John, Principal, College of Nursing, King George’s Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow, delivered her address on “Simulation-Based Training for Skill Excellence in Nursing”. Her session was chaired by Prof. Dr. Farha Azmi, Principal, AMU, Aligarh.

- Mrs. Precila Fernandes, Director of Nursing, Medanta Hospital, Lucknow, discussed the future of “Digitalization in Nursing”, with Mrs. Suman Singh, Chief Nursing Officer, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, serving as chairperson.

- Dr. Jasmi Manu, Principal & Dean, Faculty of Nursing, Rama University, Kanpur, shared her thoughts on “Competency in Nursing”. Dr. N. Neetu Devi, Nursing Consultant, State Medical Faculty, Lucknow, chaired the session.

- Dr. Shubhangi R. Jadhav, Nursing Head (Matron), MGM Hospital, Mumbai, spoke on “Developing a Research Culture Among Nursing Students and Clinical Nurses”, with Dr. Elakkuvana B. Raj, Principal, College of Nursing, Government Medical College, Ambedkar Nagar, as chairperson.


- Mrs. Bhawna Verma, Nursing Officer, VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, delivered an insightful talk on “The New Era of Nursing – Emerging Innovations in Nursing Education and Practice”. Her session was chaired by Prof. Pinky Devi, Professor, Era University, Lucknow.


All the eminent speakers and their respective chairpersons were honored with mementos. The abstract profiles of their sessions were also presented as a token of appreciation and to acknowledge their intellectual contributions.
