Apollo Hospitals will host the International Health Dialogue (IHD) 2026 in Hyderabad, India, on January 30–31, 2026. Recognised as one of the foremost global platforms driving discussions on patient safety, healthcare innovation, and system transformation, this year’s edition will spotlight three key focus areas leadership-led safety models, human-centred design, and digital transformation aimed at achieving system-wide excellence in hospital operations, patient experience, and clinical outcomes.

Dr. Sangita Reddy, Joint Managing Director of Apollo Hospitals Group, highlighted the forum’s evolution, saying, “Over the years, IHD has grown into a global movement where clinicians, innovators, and policymakers come together to shape the next chapter of healthcare. The Hyderabad edition continues this mission merging the power of AI, data, and digital ecosystems with empathy and collaboration. At its core, IHD is about building a predictive, sustainable, and inclusive healthcare future where innovation uplifts humanity and partnerships drive progress toward a healthier world.”

The 2026 Dialogue will bring together four major conferences under one umbrella:

The conference will host an eminent lineup of global health leaders, including Dr. Jonathan Perlin (President & CEO, The Joint Commission Enterprise), Dr. Carsten Engel (CEO, ISQua), Dr. Dean Ho (National University of Singapore), Dr. Atul Mohan Kochhar (CEO, NABH), Dr. Neelam Dhingra (Vice President & Chief Patient Safety Officer, Joint Commission International), Dr. Eyal Zimlichman (Chief Innovation, Transformation & AI Officer, Sheba Medical Center, Israel), Christian Schuhmacher (Founder, Swiss Global Advisory, Dubai), and Eric Langshur (Co-Founder, Abundant Venture Partners). Together, they will offer diverse insights on re imagining the future of healthcare through the combined lenses of data, empathy, and collaboration.

A highlight of IHD 2026 will be Safe-A-Thon, a collaborative innovation challenge aimed at developing smart, scalable, and cost-effective solutions to real-world patient safety issues. The event will also see the launch of THNX (Technology & Healthcare Network eXchange) India’s first digital health startup community offering pitch sessions, funding opportunities, and investor engagement.

Over the years, IHD has become a dynamic space for dialogue among public health leaders, innovators, clinicians, and patient advocates. The 2026 Hyderabad edition will carry this legacy forward through plenary sessions, innovation showcases, tech demonstrations, and networking platforms, offering participants a rich blend of thought leadership and actionable innovation.
