Job Summary:
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Should have successfully led his/her current or prior company through IPO list
- Conducting financial analysis and risk assessments to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth. Ensure proper internal financial controls and monitoring.
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements specific to the healthcare industry. Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
