- Qualifications : Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a monthly training calendar in line with organisational goals.
- Schedule sessions and ensure timely communication with participants and trainers.
- Coordination with Stakeholders:
- Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and subject matter experts to arrange training.
- Ensure smooth execution of training sessions and resolve any issues promptly.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance and feedback.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Creation of Training Materials
- Design and develop engaging PowerPoint presentations and other training materials.
- Ensure content aligns with organisational objectives.
- Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee engagement and continuous learning.
- Organise workshops, seminars, and team-building activities.
Skills:
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
