Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the hospital’s services, enhancing brand awareness, and driving patient acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a proven track record in healthcare marketing, and the ability to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve the hospital’s business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring costeffective use of resources.
2. Brand Management:
- Enhance the hospital’s brand image and reputation through various marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and messaging consistency.
3. Patient Acquisition and Retention:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain patients.
- Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction to improve services and patient experience.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to promote specialized services and treatments.
4. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the hospital’s digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, and online advertising.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and content marketing to drive online engagement and patient inquiries.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the marketing department.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
6. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, corporate partners, and community organizations.
- Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional certifications in marketing or healthcare management are an added advantage.
Experience:
- 10 to 13 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Experience in digital marketing and familiarity with modern marketing tools and techniques.
