Job Opportunity: Facility Supervisor

WHC Amar Jain Hospital is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Supervisor. This role is pivotal in overseeing the maintenance and operations of our hospital’s physical environment, ensuring that it remains safe, efficient, and in excellent condition. The Facility Supervisor will play a crucial part in supporting the health and well-being of everyone within the hospital.


Key Responsibilities

The Facility Supervisor will be responsible for a range of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the hospital’s facilities. These responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing Day-to-Day Operations: The primary duty of the Facility Supervisor is to manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital facilities. This involves ensuring that the environment remains clean, safe, and functional at all times. The supervisor will coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
  • Managing Maintenance Staff: A key aspect of this role is managing a team of maintenance staff.
