Terumo India has expanded its interventional cardiology portfolio with the launch of the FineCross M3 Coronary Micro-Guide Catheter, a next-generation device designed to enhance procedural success in complex percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI).
Engineered to deliver superior crossing performance and guidewire support, the FineCross M3 is tailored for navigating challenging coronary anatomies. The catheter features a 1.7 Fr tapered distal tip for improved lesion crossability, a 15 cm floppy distal segment that ensures trackability through tortuous vessels, and a tapered stainless-steel braided shaft for optimised pushability and control. It also comes equipped with a next-generation hydrophilic coating for smoother movement and a PTFE inner layer with a radio paque marker to enable precise visualisation and device delivery.
